Hi, I’m Prea,
Thank you so much for visiting my website and learning about how I can help you feel AWESOME through living a healthier more active life.

I have always had a passion in health and fitness. From a young age, I witnessed my mother’s struggle with her weight and health, and I learnt the importance of motivation, momentum, teamwork and support to achieve life-changing goals. To help my mother lose weight, I accompanied her to the gym and from that point on I took an active interest in exercise, lifestyle, health and nutrition.


Fitness, health and wellbeing are now a core part of my everyday life. Over the years I have amassed a vast working knowledge of exercise and nutrition, and my thirst for knowledge continues. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist through the globally recognised company, Premier Global.

Too many people think that running miles is the best way to lose weight and weight lifting will makes you massive and bulky...
As a fitness professional and fitness phonetic I have done both 🙋🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️....
I have ran 5k and 10k races and completed many half and full marathons (PB 3:38:38), even ran marathons with my personal training clients 💁🏽‍♀️, I love running and still run 🏃🏽‍♀️ mainly when on holiday as a great way to explore 🏝 😁
I also love weight training because I love it, as part of competing at @miami.pro abd @wbff_official shows.... I love getting stronger, love to shape my curves 🍑, love the aesthetic benefits 🙋🏽‍♀️
Train for YOUR goals is my advice; I always listen to my clients goals then advice accordingly but ensuring you enjoy the exercise and physical activity you do is important, if you enjoy it.. it will become more sustainable and a part of your lifestyle 👌🏾
If you want to complete a race or marathon; then run!
If you want to build lean muscle/get toned; lift weights! Ladies you will not get bulky!
Remember you need to lift weights 🏋🏾‍♀️ to build muscle and carry not too much body fat for it to be visible 💪🏾 👏🏾
