Hi, I’m Prea,
Thank you so much for visiting my website and learning about how I can help you feel AWESOME through living a healthier more active life.

I have always had a passion in health and fitness. From a young age, I witnessed my mother’s struggle with her weight and health, and I learnt the importance of motivation, momentum, teamwork and support to achieve life-changing goals. To help my mother lose weight, I accompanied her to the gym and from that point on I took an active interest in exercise, lifestyle, health and nutrition.

 

Fitness, health and wellbeing are now a core part of my everyday life. Over the years I have amassed a vast working knowledge of exercise and nutrition, and my thirst for knowledge continues. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist through the globally recognised company, Premier Global.

#flashbackfriday to yesterday 😂😜 a super fun day out; we got a private speedboat 🚤 and went to Railay Bay then the beautiful sights at Tup Island where we walked along the beautiful sand 🏖 dunes climbed a little cliff for some amazing photos 📸 (where this shot was taken) then more sight seeing before a late lunch with drinks 🍸 fresh Coconut 🥥 water with vodka 🤤 😝 then onto Maya Bay to take pictures as it’s closed since we last came due to too much tourist pollution affecting the coral! Then finally Phi Phi Lay lagoon for snorkelling on the way home.... we had a late dark trip back in the storms 🌧 which was funny in itself ha!!
