I love being busy, people who know me know I struggle to sit still so juggling businesses, packing boxes 📦 and shredding a little body fat is keeping me super busy 🤪 and actually it’s making far loss easier....

Despite several social occasions with 🍸 and meals out 🍴 I am more active than usual, I am eating less frequently than normal, I am sleeping as much as possible because 😴 😀 and when I am on a mission I am in a mission... anywhere just sharing that being busy with no time to food prep etc does not need to hinder or affect fat loss goals, in fact it can help.... all comes down to you and the choices you make 🙋🏽‍♀️
