Coconut oil is delicious and has a lot of benefit, I use this personally because:

  1. It contains fatty acids with powerful medicinal properties
  2. Populations that eat coconut oil are more healthy by boosting the immune system
  3. Can help you lose harmful abdominal fat
  4. Can kill harmful microorganisms
  5. Can reduce hunger, helping you eat less
  6. The fatty acids in coconut iil are turned into ketones, which can reduce seizures
  7. Can improve blood cholesterol levels
  8. Can can protect against damage, moisturise skin and function as sunscreen.
  9. The fatty acids in coconut oil can boost brain function in Alzheimer’s patients
  10. It reduces inflammation and arthritis
  11. Reduces stomach and digestion related problems including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
  12. It is awesome for your skin and hair; just saying!
