Take small steps towards your success:
Start with small steps, if you listened to my webinar last week I discussed how important it is not to do everything all at once unless you are really going to keep it up!

Start with small steps for example;

  • Week 1: ensure you are drinking 2-3 litres of water a day
  • Week 2: reduce sugar as much as possible
  • Week 3: eat protein with every meal
  • Week 4: start walking more and taking the stairs where possible….

Just take small steps at your own pace.
