Full Body Circuit

A 30 minute workout:

Warm up with 2 to 5 minutes on a cross trainer ideally to warm up all your muscles then:

  • Barbel front squat and press 2 x 20
  • 20 second rest
  • 3 x rowing sprints 30secs on and 30secs off
  • 20 second rest
  • Repeat the above x 2
  • Wide lat pull down 2 x 20
  • 20 second rest
  • Closed narrow grip press ups 2 x 20
  • 20 second rest
  • Repeat the above x 2
  • Barbell high steps on a bench 2 x 24
  • 20 second rest
  • Dumbbell arnold press 2 x 20
  • 20 second rest
  • Repeat the above x 2
