      It’s seems like such a flashback; thing if the past where a holiday 🏖 👙 would be the motivation to get you to exercise.
      In today’s lockdown 🔐 life it’s getting the motivation to home 🏡 exercise 🤪 while it can seem difficult for many reasons; perhaps the environment of being at home (for everything), perhaps the lack of equipment (not having your favourite squat rack etc) or perhaps even just the ambience.... the reality is while we are in a lockdown 🔐 for 6 weeks; potentially longer.. who knows 🤷🏽‍♀️ you need to find a way to look after yourself and keep active with the resources and equipment you do have....
      As yourself Why do you EXERCISE?? 🏋🏾‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🚶🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️
      I personally exercise to look and feel great, feel fit and healthy and just totally awesome 😁 for me inside and outside and to benefit those around me.
      When did you ever feel worse 🤔after some form of exercise 😅or physical activity.... I didn’t think so 🤣😂 unless it was a bad class over crowded with too many sweaty 💦 people lol 😆 ?
      No matter what’s happening 👏🏾in your life, just by moving, walking 🚶🏽‍♀️ , waking your happy hormones you’ll feel AWESOME after 💗💁🏽‍♀️😁 for me it hitting the weights room 🏋🏾‍♀️ or sometimes a run 🏃🏽‍♀️ or walk to clear my head 💁🏽‍♀️😁.
      Remember wherever you are in your health and fitness goals, trust the process, take time and most of all ENJOY THE JOURNEY.
