#3monthspostpartum my goal was to rebuild my strength back to pre pregnancy 🤰🏽 by #4monthspostpartum (allowing 11 weeks of structured training since delivery 👶🏽)-Although I’m not quite there yet I’m still very pleased with how far I’ve come in rebuilding my strength in my core and full body. My core especially has become very weak (by my standards)-My scale weight dropped significantly and quickly through my intensive labour and breastfeeding 🤱 where I felt uncomfortably small and weak.
